To continue the Quest for community-based leadership, sportsmanship, scholarship and citizenship in the spirit of the old Negro Leagues.

Purpose

 

Recreation and the Arts:

To provide opportunities for self expression, self development, self gratification and venues for entertaining, inspiring and educating others.

 

Educational Programs:

To promote and extend learning and personal development through concrete learning experiences that instill a zest and desire for learning toward the overall goal of positive outcomes for children and youth.

 

Athleticism:

To continuously promote an awareness of sports and sports history and to engage in sports preservation activities and efforts witha focus on preserving the name and image of sports activities as conduits for self development.

 

Civic:

To support communtiy and nation building activities; to support the well-being of others through advocacy, education and recognition of exemplary public service.

  • Raises Funds
  • Sound fiscal management operational oversight
  • Baseball coaching staff donating over 2500 hours of

              volunteer time

  • Gift Maker (donors) provide critical in-kind
